Downtown Seattle;

Downtown is marked from uptown by its sheer change in attractions and limelight. The prim and proper uptown is quickly molded into the towntown. It's the location of the Space Needle, and the calm shopping center's are replaced by clubs, amusement parks, and various attractions, so in essence, yes, Downtown Seattle is the tourist tourist trap in this bustling city. Although a fun area, its dense population of hotheaded, adrenaline junkies, and the alcoholics who frequent the bars and clubs, and are never too far from their personal drug-dealer, it has left the hyperactive downtown into a place notorious for murders and kidnappings- all species are warned to not go alone at night, unless you can certainly handle yourself, or carry some sort of weapon.
