Port of Seattle;
Aside from tourism, and their world-renown coffee, Seattle, a large coastal city, also export seafood. Fishing is an well known industry, and this large port is very efficient in its work of exporting all sorts of sea-bearing creatures- but as you'd expect, the high-quantities of fish also attract the Felidae and Feline here, as well as the human workers. Felidae with frequent the port, some working alongside the humans on boats, others out there for pleasure. What well-respecting feline wouldn't stick around for a few fresh fish? The water from the pacific is cold however, choppy, and dangerous. Few would ever risk swimming, if not for the icy cold water, then to avoid the riptides and the risk of getting swept under and drowned.
